+Participants will be provided with hotel accommodation for 3 nights, covering the duration of the event (1st-4th May). The event will start in the afternoon of the first day and will finish by the afternoon of the final day, so that delegates can use these days for travelling to and from Bosnia. If you wish to extend your stay, you will be responsible for any extra nights of the accommodation required.

You should include a letter of recommendation from your nominating organisation and a CV. You may include any other documents you wish to be published as you see fit.

If you are running in the Bureau elections, you must book travel arrangements that will allow you to attend this meeting, so we advise you to book return travel no earlier than 6th May. Extra accommodation will only be provided for successfully elected candidates, and so we advise that you make contingency arrangements for accommodation after the GA in case you are not elected.
