 Contributing as a volunteer is the most important way you learn in our organisation. Our members can contribute both at a local level, in local committees and chapter boards, and on a national level, in national committees and the executive board. At the beginning of the year, we have a training weekend for our local volunteers where we train them to be effective while having a lot of fun.
