Composition
The Bureau consists of seven voting members:
- Vice President (4)
together with non-voting Regional Bureau Members. The President, Secretary General and Treasurer together form the Managing Bureau which has legal responsibility for IFLRY.
Election
The President, Secretary General, and Treasurer are each elected for a period of two years, and the four Vice Presidents are each elected for a period of one year.
