The Bureau is the elected executive board of the organisation.

Composition
The Bureau consists of seven voting members:
- Vice President (4)
together with non-voting Regional Bureau Members.
Election
The President, Secretary General, and Treasurer are each elected for a period of two years, and the four Vice Presidents are each elected for a period of one year.
